We are pleased to inform you that our IP telephony system, 3CX, has been updated. This upgrade brings numerous benefits to our services, along with some changes to the way you make calls.

One key change is that for long-distance calls, you will now only need to dial the country code followed by the number (e.g., 44 1234 567890), rather than using the previous prefix of 00. For local calls, extensions, and local emergency or free numbers (like emergency number  9 + 112), there will be no changes.

Regarding the 3CX mobile app, we have identified less than 1% issues with this update. We kindly request that you test your app and report any concerns to helpdesk@aquabt.com.

Please remember that the 3CX app is essential for all users with a personal extension number (this does not apply to interns or Innovia personnel), ensuring that you can be reached by clients or in emergencies at all times.
